that gooey cheese on the top, then i have a good feeling that you're going to love the stuffed mushrooms that we're making today. best part? they're super easy. we start off by sauting some chopped onions in a little butter just until they're golden. while those are cooking, we remove the stems from about a pound of mushrooms and chop them up. the best way to do this is with one of these inexpensive hand choppers that we can find almost everywhere. we add these to our onions along with a packet of dry onion soup mix and a bit of water. then, once that cooks down, we add a handful of bread crumbs and a bit of black pepper, give them a good stir, and we scoop this into the mushrooms caps using a teaspoon, like this. right before serving these, we bake them for a few minutes, before topping each with a piece of swiss cheese and back in the oven they go. do these look amazing or what? and with every bite, we get everything we love in a stuffed mushroom plus all
